The visa application process officially begins once we receive all the required documents from you. Our processing time covers the preparation and submission of your application to the relevant embassy.

However, it is important to note that this does not include the time taken by the embassy to review and issue a decision on your visa. Embassy processing times will depend on the service you select at the time of submission

Our service charge covers the professional assistance required to prepare, review, and submit your application.

Before proceeding, you will receive a detailed itemised quote that breaks down the total cost of your application. This quote will include both the service charge payable to GetMyVisas and the visa application fees charged by the embassy or consulate. Once you agree to the quote, an initial payment will be required to cover the service charge, with the visa application fees to be paid before submission.

These terms vary slightly for Schengen visa applications.*

For Schengen visas, our service charge includes additional benefits, such as booking your visa appointment and arranging comprehensive travel insurance that meets the required €30,000 medical coverage.

For longterm UK visa applications, there are additional service charges depending on the visa duration. Applications for a 2-year visa will incur an extra £100, while applications for a 5-year visa will have an additional charge of £200.

These charges are applicable due to the complexity of handling extended-duration applications.

The visa fees are charged separately from our service charges and will be calculated after your consultation, once we have confirmed the visa category that applies to your case.

These fees are paid directly to the embassy or their appointed service centres.

All fees are converted into your local currency using the exchange rates applicable at the time of invoicing. Customers can choose between card payments and bank transfers.

Bank transfers are available only in GBP and Naira, while card payments can be made in all currencies. Please note that card payments are subject to a 6% processing fee, which is applied at the time of payment
